Welcome!! I’m Raquel and I live in Northern Virginia, although my wedding coaching program and online wedding planning course helps brides across the country. I am a creative event entrepreneur, have been a scholar and leader in the events and hospitality industry for 20 years. I love taking weddings and breaking them down into manageable planning projects!
I have a unique perspective because:
I previously planned my own destination wedding while simultaneously planning a national 5-day meeting with over 2,000 guests
I’ve been helping brides have perfect wedding days for over 10 years now with my simple wedding planning and coordination strategy
I’ve produced more than 80 events in various cities across the US with a team of 10 event professionals
I’m commonly described as “grace under pressure”

“How do you keep all of the details organized?” “How do you stay so calm when managing your events?” and “Help! Where do I start in the planning process?”
I’m determined to show up in life and with my clients as the best version of myself because:
I’ve worked really hard to earn the respect and success I’ve attained with each of my clients. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management with a concentration in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management from the Hospitality College of Johnson & Wales University in Miami, Florida. From working at Walt Disney World to the Ritz-Carlton, I provided seamless client services resulting in memorable guest experiences. I’m also an Independent Travel Professional, having completed seller of travel training through Travel Leaders Group, America's largest travel agency.
