Discuss and work to resolve any of your specific planning challenges
Identify next steps and action tasks to keep your planning moving in the right direction
Kick off call to review your wedding vision and vendors you may have secured
(1) site visit to venue(s) prior to your wedding day
Diagram creation
Introduction email and call to all vendors confirming setup/arrival times
Timeline creation of your day including all vendor times
Wrap up call to re-confirm all details with you
Communicating timeline to vendors
30-minute rehearsal with bridal party
Basic decor setup & assistance
Day-of liaison with bridal party, guests, and vendors
Guiding aspects of your wedding day to begin/end according to timeline
(2) to (3) onsite coordinators for (8) hours directing your special day in Virginia, Maryland or Washington, DC
